Live from the Space Zoo!

Ahh the internet. It's so bittersweet. Just when we say "to hell with the internet" comes this amazing piece of technological goodshit.
Introducing ustream.tv

Knyphy, Klome and Don Froth broadcast live, playing everything from Dubstep/Garage/2-Step/
Funky/Grime/Gutter/Tribal

http://www.ustream.tv/channel/brrnt-live
(Live Video/Audio/Chat)

So far we've broadcasted 4 shows between all of our studios, mine & Knyphy's taking the cake (imo), for one it being our house, but second the space we have and the adaptation of the Lomo fisheye lens for the web cam (which allows for video covering the entire room - meaning you can watch everyone in here!). These have been some of the funnest nights I've had in a while. Damn boys are funny!

One of our listeners, CIXXXJ, a homie of Don Froth's in Italy, took some screen grabs of last night's live broadcast - you can see we get hella goofy.

No Doubt

Last week I had the opportunity to see No Doubt's reunion tour, my good friend Steph had extra tickets and we had been talking about going together for months. Seats weren't amazing, but getting hooked up with backstage passes for free wasn't a disappointment. Gwen looked super hot and No Doubt was amazing!! Brought back so many memories of my tween years. Here are a few iPhone pix, I'm retarded and did not bring my camera (a first, right?!).

Fouth of July

The Fourth

Such a blast! It was a warm, beautiful day in LA, especially here at the beach, so we took advantage by having some of our best friends over for some grillin' and chillin'. When we were full and drunk we hiked the Ballona Creek bike path towards the Marina for the firework show. We didn't get all the way down, as expected, so we stopped between the 90 fwy ramp and Lincoln to watch and also do our own fireworks and sparklers. I brought my LX3 and Lomo Ringflash to capture the action. Here are some pics of the us... Lomo daytime pics to come.

Trouble & Bass

The kids at T&B made their way to LA to give us a great show at The Echo, backed by the A/V Scion team. The place was packed to the rim with eager hipsters getting their rave on. Sound was heavy, brought to us by the Funktion One guys. Catch this video I got of Drop the Lime singing over Robin S's "Show Me Love", then kids going bonkers to a tune AC Slater throws down. Love the part at 2:05 where Drop the Lime flips off the camera of the girls on stage. ROWDY!!

Also a few shots taken with the awesome LX3.

Cute Scootin'

I am officially the owner of a cute n sexy white 2009 Vespa S50!
This little thing putts a hefty 40mph with a gas tank the size of my fist, and 90mpg is anything but depressing. Let this baby get me safe to all destinations (on the westside) and I will forever be cute scootin' & wootin'.
