UGO Wine Bar, Culver City

One of my favorite places in LA and probably my favorite spot in Culver City. If you know me, you know I adore wine. This is a great place to learn your wines and try new stuff.

My favorite of the eve and bottle coming to dinner with us tonight: Steltzner Claret from Napa.

This place is a must-try and makes for a romantic eve.

Vegas

What a weekend.. Drew & Pam's wedding, bachelor/bachelorette parties + Matt's birthday and his first time in Vegas. 4 days of heavy drinking, lack of sleep, hot-as-fuck desert heat and good good times. I brought just about every camera out with me, but didn't go as crazy as I expected. I blame physical conditions. Golden Era Jungle

Long Exposures

I played around with my Lumix LX-3 recently, trying to better understand exposure and aperture settings. I wanted to do night stuff, but in a bit more creative way. Still not perfection but I'm in hopes to achieve a clean, steady shot one of these days. These sets are created using a flashlight mostly, but I have some new ideas in store to shock you. So far we've broadcasted 4 shows between all of our studios, mine & Knyphy's taking the cake (imo), for one it being our house, but second the space we have and the adaptation of the Lomo fisheye lens for the web cam (which allows for video covering the entire room - meaning you can watch everyone in here!). These have been some of the funnest nights I've had in a while. Damn boys are funny!

No Doubt

Last week I had the opportunity to see No Doubt's reunion tour, my good friend Steph had extra tickets and we had been talking about going together for months. Seats weren't amazing, but getting hooked up with backstage passes for free wasn't a disappointment. Gwen looked super hot and No Doubt was amazing!! Brought back so many memories of my tween years. Here are a few iPhone pix, I'm retarded and did not bring my camera (a first, right?!).
